In-House High Voltage Testing Lab (Up to 33 kV)

TVOLTTECH houses an advanced testing laboratory capable of full routine testing up to 33 kV voltage class. Based on valid IS and IEC standards, every transformer undergoes strict quality routine testing prior to dispatch.

  • Insulation resistance & dielectric strength testing
  • BIL 170 kVp lightning impulse withstand verification
  • Short Time Current (STC) up to 40 kA 3-second testing
  • Accuracy class verification for 0.1 metering & PS/PX protection

Custom Engineering & Tailored Design

We develop customized solutions in electrical and design durable products to strengthen electrical networks. Our engineering team designs custom ratios, special taps, multi-core configurations, and specific mounting footprints.

Standardization Services

TVOLTTECH provides standardization services to harmonize transformer specifications across complex industrial grids, ensuring full compliance with Indian (IS-2705, IS-3156, IS-1180, IS-2026) and International (IEC-61869, IEC-60044) standards.
